These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Ciggy's website, brand content, and Ciggy's Endless Runner game. By entering or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Age-restricted site

This site is intended only for adults who are at least 21 years old in the United States or of legal drinking age in their location, whichever is higher. Do not enter, use, share, or interact with this site if you are under legal drinking age or if alcohol content is restricted where you are located.

The age gate asks you to confirm that you are at least 21 years old and of legal drinking age where you live before entering.

Responsible use

Ciggy's brand content is intended for responsible adults. Nothing on this site encourages excessive consumption, unsafe behavior, drinking and driving, drinking before or during activities requiring attention or coordination, or consumption by anyone who should not drink alcohol.

The game is entertainment only. Points, cans, rewards, near misses, style bonuses, and other game mechanics are fictional and are not statements about alcohol consumption, alcohol effects, personal performance, health, status, or social success.

Site content and ownership

The site, including the Ciggy's name, logos, artwork, game code, text, images, animations, audio, and visual style, is owned by Ciggy's Inc or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or create derivative works from the site except as allowed by law or with written permission from Ciggy's Inc.

Acceptable conduct

  • Do not use the site for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
  • Do not attempt to bypass the age gate or help anyone under legal drinking age access the site.
  • Do not attack, overload, probe, or disrupt the site or its hosting infrastructure.
  • Do not imply that Ciggy's endorses any unsafe, illegal, or irresponsible use of alcohol.

No sales or purchase terms

This site does not currently sell alcoholic beverages, process payments, arrange delivery, or accept orders. Product availability, purchase, shipping, taxes, licenses, and delivery restrictions, if any, are governed by separate terms and applicable law.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." Ciggy's Inc does not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ciggy's Inc and its officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be brought in a state or federal court located in Connecticut unless applicable law requires another venue.
